A Landmark Location for a Global Client
Lucent, a striking new building on Sherwood Street overlooking Piccadilly Circus, has quickly become a hub for leading businesses. Among its high-profile tenants is Verition Fund Management, a global hedge fund company. When tasked with enhancing their office interiors, the brief was clear: deliver a high-impact, professional planting scheme that would reflect the prestige of both the company and the building.
The Brief: Greenery Without the Hassle
Corporate workplaces demand a fine balance. Interiors must be visually impressive for visiting clients, but also create a pleasant day-to-day environment for staff. For Verition, the goal was to add greenery throughout the office while avoiding the costs and logistics associated with maintaining live plants.
This is where our luxury artificial planting offered the perfect solution. Unlike live plants, our artificial schemes require no watering, no sunlight, and no ongoing upkeep — yet they deliver the same sense of vibrancy and freshness.

The scope of the project was significant: 48 planters installed across different areas of the office. Each was carefully selected to suit the modern design aesthetic of Lucent, with greenery that complements the building’s clean lines and contemporary finishes.
